Linda Topoleski

As the Vice President for Workforce Operations and Programs at the Allegheny Conference, Linda oversees programs for talent attraction and retention, including the regional jobs portal, and the Service to Opportunity program connecting veterans to jobs in energy and manufacturing.  She is also engaged in key workforce development initiatives at the Conference to better understand workforce demand across all sectors, and to align the education and training pipeline to meet demand.

A native of Pittsburgh, Linda boomeranged out and back to the region, and understands firsthand the challenges of attracting and sustaining a globally competitive workforce here.

For the past two decades, she has provided marketing and communications expertise to regional and global corporations, nonprofits and community organizations in the education, economic development, healthcare and technology fields.  She has been recognized regionally and nationally with advertising and public relations industry awards, including the national CIPRA (Creativity in Public Relations), regional PRSA Renaissance, and the Edward Bernays Award for Excellence in Public Relations, as well as ADDY Awards.

Linda is a member of the Remake Learning Council.
