World Affairs Council Fellow – World Affairs Council of Pittsburgh is hiring!

World Affairs Council Fellow

Reporting to the President and CEO and working closely with the Senior Director for Growth Strategies, the Fellow is responsible for supporting activities that advance our development strategy, especially around individual giving, corporate sponsorships, and special events. Our fundraising efforts are both strategic and tactical, requiring the team to think big while minding all the details. The ideal candidate has a clear interest in development, strong writing skills, and direct experience in development operations and/or events.

To attract and retain the very best talent and ensure a work life balance, we offer flexible scheduling of working hours. Full-time and qualified part-time candidates will be considered for this role. Full-time is defined as 40 hours per week (with full health benefits) and part-time (without health benefits) is 31 hours or less. Candidates who identify as BIPOC or have diverse lived experiences are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

  • – Salary is in the $38,000 to $42,000 range, based on experience
  • – Competitive insurance package
