Tess Lojacono
Tess Lojacono is the founder and CEO of Fine Art Miracles, Inc. (FAM), a nonprofit organization that provides creative art therapies and social robotics, to a variety of populations with challenges. A Carnegie Mellon University Alum, Lojacono moved to Buffalo NY, where she founded FAM in 2007, returning to the Burgh in 2013 to expand the company. That year she and her teachers and therapists completed a pilot program for CMU using the Romibo Robot to provide art therapy to primary school children on the autism spectrum, and promptly fell in love with robotics. Now FAM is determined to change the landscape of Education and Elder-care with social robots.
