Terry Smith, Founder, President, and CEO of M-PowerHouse of Greater Pittsburgh Terry Smith is the visionary Founder, President, and CEO of M-PowerHouse of Greater Pittsburgh. Before establishing M-PowerHouse, Mr. Smith had a distinguished career as the Chief Anesthesia Technologist at UPMC. During his tenure at UPMC, he collaborated with medical luminaries such as Dr. Thomas Starzl, Dr. Freddie Fu, and Dr. Victor Scott on a wide range of procedures, including liver transplants, cardiac surgeries, orthopedic operations, and trauma cases. M-PowerHouse of Greater Pittsburgh, under Mr. Smith's leadership, is dedicated to harnessing the untapped talent of African American youth and young adults through innovative STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programs.
