Rita Canton

Rita Canton coordinates the outreach efforts in the college while creating strategies and expanding opportunities to reach K-12 teachers, students, and Out of School Time (OST) providers to build a larger community of diverse engineers. Canton served as an educator and administrator at four parochial schools in the Pittsburgh area over 25 years. She has extensive experience in K-12 education and administration in underserved communities and has been a leader in championing equitable educational access for all students.
