Patrice Matamoros

Patrice Matamoros has been with Junior Achievement (JA) for four years. After serving at the helm of the P3R for 11 years and being awarded the #1 kids running program in America, she took on another challenge leading JA to new horizons. Experiential Learning Centers are a pillar of JA’s strategy, and JA BizTown® brings this to life at its South Fayette location, serving students from 56 counties across western PA and northern WV. Students' journeys begin in the classroom, where they build essential skills before stepping into real-world roles in a hands-on simulation of a thriving community. Through this immersive experience, students develop a growth mindset and gain authentic connections that inspire future success. Patrice is thrilled to join the Remake Learning Network in developing youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to unlock greater economic opportunities.
