Dr. Michael (Mike) Giazzoni is the Director of the University of Pittsburgh’s College in High School (CHS) office. Founded in 1980, this office houses the oldest and largest dual credit program in Pennsylvania, serving over 5,000 students a year. CHS is also one of only two such programs accredited by their professional body, the National Alliance of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP). Mike is an advocate for concurrent enrollment at the local, state, and national level, having over 25 years’ experience in higher education, including as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh Department of English and Honors College. Mike also serves on the board of NACEP and is an editor in the field's only journal, "Concurrent Enrollment Review."
