Dr. Diane Fine is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at Pennsylvania Western University (PennWest) with 30 years of experience serving children and teachers across the tri-state region. Prior to joining the faculty at PennWest, Dr. Fine taught in the classroom setting for over 20 years, serving students and their families at both the elementary and middle school levels in general education, special education, and as a reading specialist. She is passionate about teaching, learning, and inspiring the next generation of teachers. She takes great pride in empowering current and future teachers to become innovative educational leaders who understand how continually evolving state-of-the-art technologies can be leveraged to create a collaborative, student-centered learning environment. She strives to inspire all teachers to become technologically proficient innovators and problem solvers ready to lead change in education.
