Carl Salerno

Currently, I serve as a Managing Client Partner for FranklinEducation. In this role, I partner with schools and districts to support the leadership development of students through an integration model called The LeaderinMe. This approach is centered on the beliefs that every student can be a leader and has genius. In my previous position as Director of School Counseling, I combined my leadership skills with a passion for student development, overseeing a team of counselors to provide comprehensive support for students' academic, social, and emotional well-being. I played a key role in developing counseling programs, fostering collaboration with educators and parents, and ensuring a supportive school environment that encouraged student success and personal growth.
