The Makerspace has been a dream of mine since Casey Shea shared the Maker Empowerment Theory at the Pittsburgh Fab Institute in 2018. We opened in October 2023 with help from some very amazing people so we can offer a community space for making as well as entrpreneur opportunities, afterschool/summer programs for students, and our very own Maker:Grief programming.
