Carol Sprinker

Dr. Carol Sprinker is the Executive Director of The Wright Promise, a private family foundation investing in faith, family, service, education, and leadership. A Riverside High School graduate, she continued her studies at Duquesne University and the University of Pittsburgh, building a career devoted to public education in Beaver and Allegheny Counties. She currently serves as a Regional Service Specialist with the PA Principals Association and as President of the Blackhawk School Board of Directors, where she champions student-centered governance, educator support, and community partnership. Carol’s goals include expanding equitable access to high-quality learning, strengthening school–community pipelines, and scaling practical innovations that lift students and families. Her interests span leadership development, workforce and career pathways, and whole-child well-being. In Remake Learning, she looks forward to collaborating on regional initiatives, sharing foundation perspective, and co-designing sustainable models that connect philanthropy, schools, and nonprofits.
