Apply to Arts Ed Leadership Academy

Applications are now open for Leadership Academy 2025! What change do you want for SWPA students? Leadership Academy participants develop their leadership skills and culturally responsive practices, ultimately applying their learning to personalized action plans. At Arts Ed Collaborative, we know that change is possible thanks to educators like you. Join us!

This 10-month program kicks off with a five-day summer intensive July 14-18 with follow-up virtual and in-person sessions throughout the school year. Sessions are facilitated AEC’s executive director Yael Silk and feature a variety of guest experts – like our friend Shabaka Perkins at Sankofa Village!

Who is Arts Ed Leadership Academy for?
⭐ Teachers in all arts disciplines
⭐ Arts and culture education program staff
⭐ Independent teaching artists

Applications are due 5/2. We will accept applications on a rolling basis with final decisions sent no later than 5/9.
