Personalized Learning Working Group Site Visit and Workshop

Please join the Personalized Learning Working Group for a high-impact, in-person experience focused on how Baldwin-Whitehall is leveraging its Journey of a Highlander competencies, flexible scheduling, and professional learning time to advance personalized, learner-centered systems.

What to expect:

• A half-day site visit to Baldwin High School — hear the vision and see classroom practices in action.
• A working lunch with regional leaders to debrief the visit.
• A facilitated workshop where participants will engage deeply with Baldwin-Whitehall leaders and each other in choice workshop around:
  • Option 1 – Profile of a Learner: Developing a Profile and Deepening Profile Implementation
  • Option 2 – School Structures: Using Student and Teacher Time for Innovation

This experience is designed for educators and leaders looking to move beyond ideas and into practical implementation and system redesign.
