LEAD Westmoreland Leadership Engagement and Development Workshop Series

Whether you are at milepost 1 or 35 of your leadership journey, this engaging workshop series will empower you to assess your leadership footprint, forge an intentional path of growth, and build self-determined collective capacity for a culture of learning for all. District, school, and teacher leaders are encouraged to attend as we dive into how authentic leadership can strengthen organizational culture. By participating in this workshop series, educators can earn 45 hours of Act 45/48 Credit.

• 1/11 8:ooam – 3:30pm (Location: Westmoreland Intermediate Unit) – A Leader’s Dashboard: Authenticity & Relational Transparency
• 2/1 8:00am – 3:30pm (Location: Westmoreland Intermediate Unit) – Community Carpool: Team, Culture, & Opportunity
• 2/22 8:00am – 3:30pm (Location: Westmoreland Intermediate Unit) – Checking Under the Hood: Understanding Cultural Conditions
• 3/14 8:00am – 3:30pm (Location: Westmoreland Intermediate Unit) – Adjusting the Mirror: Shaping a Healthy, Productive Culture
• 4/11 4:00 – 5:00pm (Location: Zoom) – The Journey Ahead: Transformational Roadmap & Next Trip

Cost: $400 workshop series fee
