Empowering Schools Through People and Purpose: Event Registration
This workshop will address two of education’s most pressing challenges: teacher retention and mentorship.
Morning Session – Attract, Hire, Retain, and Reward the Best People
Led by Dr. Ghirmay Alazar, this session provides a framework to strengthen educator longevity through actionable strategies that foster positive culture, personalized support, and pathways to professional growth.
Afternoon Session – New Teacher Mentor Training
Based on Dr. David Yeager’s presentation at our 2024 Fall Forum, this session by The Mentoring Partnership equips veteran educators with tools and strategies to support new teachers during their first critical years.
Participants will gain a ready-to-use training framework, mentoring resources, and a scalable roadmap for developing sustainable mentor programs that boost teacher success and retention.
