Demystifying Cybersecurity

CyberHubPGH along with the AIU will be co-hosting two professional development opportunities with NCWIT’s Counselor’s for Computing Team. These opportunities are designed to demystify technical and non-technical cyber pathways, connect you with leading workforce frameworks, and equip you with free, ready-to-use career resources.

Cybersecurity spans 52 distinct work roles—many of which require human-centered, non-technical skills rather than complex coding. This concise, one-hour session will discuss credential options, showcase national workforce frameworks, and point you directly to free student training and scholarship opportunities.
