During the forum, you’ll hear comments from the keynote speaker, attend inspiring InfoByte breakout sessions focused on various themes in computer science education, and enter to win prizes you can use in the classroom!
You will also have a chance to visit with local and national vendors to gain insights into their latest curricula, products, and resources as you begin planning your budgets and scheduling for the 2024-2025 school year.
Background | It is well-known that computer science drives job growth and innovation throughout our economy and society. In 2022, Pennsylvania averaged 15,552 open computing jobs each month, offering an average salary of $89,590. It’ time for district administrators to reevaluate their curricula, products, and professional learning that will enable educators to provide robust and engaging computer science courses for all students.
