EduCon 2027

Who are the kids the world will need?

That’s the question we’re bringing to EduCon 2027.

It’s a harder question than it looks. It isn’t “what skills will the job market want,” and it isn’t a prediction exercise. It asks us to say out loud what we believe — about the world our students are walking into, and about the kind of people it will take to make that world better than the one we’re handing them.

Every school answers this question already. We answer it in what we schedule and what we cut, in what we assess and what we let go unmeasured, in who gets to lead and who gets managed. But too often, we answer it by default. EduCon exists so we can grapple with it on purpose, together, out loud.

So bring your version of the answer. Bring your best questions. Bring the part you’re sure of and the part that keeps you up at night.
