Project LIT NA strives to increase access to relevant, engaging, diverse books in each of their schools and share a love of reading with their Pittsburgh neighbors. They work together to empower students as READERS and LEADERS in their school and community. Each year they sponsor book clubs, one in each of their middle and high schools, with a goal of including the elementary schools in the next year.  It is their intention to embrace diversity by ensuring that all people are embraced as equal and valued members of the community.  Students, staff, and community are welcome to participate in their book clubs and Project LIT events.
