All for All is an immigrant inclusion initiative and a project of Change Agency, a social enterprise focused on making Pittsburgh and the surrounding region more equitable, accessible, and welcoming for all. The project works collaboratively to affect change and build capacity in its five focus areas: Community Engagement, Economic Development, Education, Health and Food Access, and Local Government.

Through initiatives like the ESL teacher professional learning community, which connects teachers to resources they need to support their immigrant and refugee students, and the Connector Program, which helps recent immigrants make professional connections in their field, All for All is committed to ensuring that all Pittsburgh residents have the opportunities and support to succeed regardless of country of origin, native language, or immigration status.
