Bille Pearce Rondinelli

Dr. Bille Pearce Rondinelli has served in public education since 1979. During that time, Rondinelli has worked as an administrator in the Mt. Lebanon school system, Moon Area School District, then as Assistant Superintendent for the Pine-Richland School District and Associate Superintendent for the Shaler Area School District.

Personal education includes the completion of her doctoral studies in May 1999 at the University of Pittsburgh with the publication of her dissertation entitled Leadership Styles of Female Superintendents and Assistant Female Superintendents in Western Pennsylvania. Bille also received her Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility at the University of Pittsburgh. Graduate and undergraduate institutions where she has studied and taught include Westminster College and Kent State University.

Today, Bille is a Grable Fellow with The Grable Foundation
