Katy Rank Lev is a word wrangler living in Pittsburgh’s East End. She has 3 children attending Pittsburgh Public Schools, and this feeds her interest in writing about education, policy, and parenting in this region and beyond. Katy also teaches writing courses at the University of Pittsburgh and serves as a mentor with Nurture PA.
