Nora Peters is a Pittsburgh-native and a product of Pittsburgh Public Schools. She has worked as a teaching artist in many youth spaces across the city, as an educator and program director at Reading is FUNdamental Pittsburgh, and has worn many hats at the Millvale Community Library (MCL). She has been involved with the MCL since its first summer in 2014, and has been the organization’s Executive Director since 2019.

She lives in Millvale with her husband Drey and their dog Dolly. She spends her free time convincing her friends to move to Millvale, and learning new hobbies while looking guiltily at unfinished projects.
