Anthony Palyszeski is the K-12 Network Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University’s Entertainment Technology Center. Inspired by his own lived experience as a kid from Allegheny County, Anthony seeks to provide equitable STEAM learning opportunities to people of all ages across southwestern Pennsylvania. Anthony works closely with ETC Director of Outreach and Engagement John Balash to provide educational support and unique learning opportunities to K-12 schools, after-school programs, and other places that inspire curiosity and joy.
Anthony also works with Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Transformational Play and The Alice Project; as well as with the teams behind the ETC’s open-source web-based tools; mixed reality authoring platform ARENA, and 2D animation and game-making platform Wick Editor.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time outdoors; especially fishing, hiking, and camping.
