David is the Creative Director at ISA Learning, Inc. He began his career at the age of 13 by writing his first (unpublished) feature play, Dr. Shorty and the Parana Fish. At 14, he wrote a song for Preview Records called “You Were No Good.” In 1992, he studied under Margo Lovelace, performing hand and rod puppets in the educational school tour of Planet Partners. From 1993 to 1995, David served as the Production Director for I Dream a World.
In 2001, David joined The Disney World team as a caricature artist, eventually becoming park photographer. At Disney, David worked with David Eaton (Television’s Bozo the Clown) on the puppet show Aladdin. In 2003, David returned to Pittsburgh and began acting, directing and teaching at companies including the C.L.O. and Saltworks Theatre. In 2008, David was the Performing Arts Supervisor at Wisconsin’s Camp Chi. In 2009, David was named the Theatre Director at Trinity Christian School. David’s goal with children is to always giving guidance, inspiration and encouragement, coupled with a whole lot of fun!
