Christine Marty Kotecki is Director of People Development at Ikos Holdings, a real estate holdings company that is building a new vision of real estate by connecting landlords and renters through innovation, technology, and people.
Prior to joining Ikos Holdings, Christine served as the Civic Innovation Specialist on the inclusive innovation team in the Department of Innovation & Performance at the City of Pittsburgh. Her work focused on efforts around digital inclusion, including in-home internet, computer, and technical training access for all. Christine’s work included the national ConnectHome initiative in collaboration with the City and County housing authorities, support around opportunities for youth participation in STEM/STEAM, and maker opportunities and the department’s annual campaign to expand opportunity for all and collaboration, Inclusive Innovation Week.
