Marcus Shoffner is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Venture Outdoors. He’s originally from Burlington, NC, and graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. Marcus focuses his work on equitable access to outdoor spaces along with exploratory mentorships to encourage interest in environmentalism and the outdoor industry.
