Michael MacConnell is the adult advisor for the Riverview School District’s key club, a service organization with 50 members in grades 9-12 who have participated in over 3,000 service hours per school year. Currently, Michael’s students would like to help redesign and rethink the learning space at Verner Elementary, a title one school serving a very needy population. His students are leading their own inquiry into this project, which is inspiring outspoken and overwhelming support.
