Dr. Linda Lane is the former superintendent of Pittsburgh Public Schools and has been an educator for for more than four decades. Moving from Des Moines where she was executive director of human resources and chief operating officer of Des Moines Public Schools, Linda joined PPS as deputy superintendent in 2007 and was promoted to her current position three years later. She retired at the conclusion of the 2015-2016 school year, but remains deeply engaged in the school community.
Linda is a former member of the Remake Learning Council.
