With over ten years of experience in the nonprofit sector focusing on early childhood development, education, and the arts, Sarah Hamilton has had the privilege of working with the most incredible teaching artists, educators, and children in both the Western PA region and Washington, DC area. Most recently, Sarah was with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, managing early childhood education programming and serving as the Affiliate Director for Western Pennsylvania Wolf Trap. Growing up with two early childhood educators as parents, Sarah has always been an advocate for ensuring quality early childhood education is accessible and equitable for all children.

Sarah holds a M.S. Ed in Program Evaluation from Duquesne University as well as a B.A. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Michigan. Combining experiences in education and research, Sarah offers a unique perspective on program implementation and evaluation, strategic planning, and designing professional learning opportunities for educators.

Currently Sarah is participating as an Independent Researcher in Remake Learning and the University of Pittsburgh School of Education’s initiative, Shifting Power in Educational Research and Design.
