Katie Gullone serves as the Program Director, Message from Me at Trying Together.  Message from Me is a technology tool designed by the Carnegie Mellon University’s CREATE Lab for young children to communicate with their families about their daily learning experiences through the use of digital pictures and recorded audio messages. Katie works to ensure early childhood educators feel empowered to use digital technologies intentionally and meaningfully with children and families. She believes relationships matter most, and technologies can be used as tools to strengthen interactions between children and adults.

Katie previously served as the Early Childhood Program Specialist for the Fred Rogers Center for Early Learning and Children’s Media at Saint Vincent College. In her work, she has managed innovative grant-funded projects and collaborated with partners across the Remake Learning network.
