Kristen is a fourth grade math and science teacher in a rural school just outside of the Pittsburgh area. Kristen is an participant in Remake Learning Days with her fourth grade girls STEAM club called A.T.T.A. Girls (ambitious, talented, tenacious, authentic). She loves encouraging her students to try STEAM activities that are outside of their comfort areas. Kristen is a big advocate for girls in science, which is why she created her all-girls STEAM club. Kristen believes that every child has a talent to share that contributes to STEAM. She is constantly looking for new ways to challenge and engaged her students!
