Carrie Douty is a high school life skills teacher in the Connellsville Area School District. Her students range from the ninth grade through the age of 21. Carrie works with students with various disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Autism, intellectual disabilities, multiple disabilities and other health impairments. Mrs. Douty works very hard for her students to be included with regular education students by involving them in activities within the high school. She is also the sponsor for student council.
