Dr. Constance DeMore-Savine proudly serves as Trinity Area School District’s Director of Curriculum and Instruction. Her first priority is to ensure that each student learns a curriculum that meets educational standards, and that teachers feel prepared to plan for and facilitate rigorous, purposeful instruction to improve their students’ achievement.
Since 1996, Dr. DeMore has worked as an educator in the Pennsylvania public school system. She had worked diligently for 19 years as a middle school social studies teacher at the Norwin School District before being hired in 2015 to design, implement, and manage the district’s secondary gifted education program. Additionally, Dr. DeMore has worked as an adjunct instructor at Saint Vincent College and the University of Pittsburgh, where, in 2011, she earned a Doctoral Degree in Administration and Policy Studies in Education and a certificate to supervise curriculum and instruction. Prior, she earned a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and a Principal’s Certificate from St. Francis University. With a passion for teaching and learning, she continues to consult for school districts in Western PA, research, and publish.
