Itha Cao is a Policy Analyst at the Mayor’s Office, Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment in the City of Pittsburgh.  Her primary focus is Financial Inclusion, as it relates to connecting residents to free financial one-on-one coaching services, and integrating the widespread financial services available under one roof.

She also works on Digital Inclusion to ensure all residents have access to internet and technology education, including working in a team to implement Rec2 Tech, a free after-school tech program at the 9 City-owned Recreation Centers, as well as the ConnectHome Initiative, an Obama-administration initiative to ensure all City and County Housing Authority residents have access to internet, free training and desktop computers.
