Allison Benedum is a science and English teacher at Rochester Area School District. She is a passionate resource for her students and helps them create actionable career plans, working especially with those who would be first-generation college students as she once was. Focusing on a student-centered classroom allows her to focus her lessons on students’ needs as they work through a project-based curriculum.
