This Generation Connect was founded by Nathaniel Carter Jr., in response to his experience in serving in and being from communities that have experienced the lack of investment that breeds the disconnect between socioeconomic stability and its residents. Established in 2018, the mission of This Generation Connect is to strengthen, unify, and build the community economically through entrepreneurial, artistic, educational, and social experiences. One of the ways this happens is through their newly renovated meeting space whereby stakeholders, from businesses to community members, can connect with the community and share information and resources.
