The Early Excellence Project (EEP) is a developing non-profit organization whose mission is to narrow the opportunity gap and support early childcare centers in receiving resources and accreditations to enrich the learning of Black and Brown children. EEP is committed to building an organization that supports center-based and home-based childcare centers in the provision of quality childcare services throughout the Greater Pittsburgh Area. EEP offers workshops, center coaching, and outreach geared towards building the entrepreneurial spirit and filling the educational need of Black and Brown childcare businesses. They believe by aiding community entrepreneurs serving the early childhood market, you bringing equity to under-resourced communities and creating sustainable jobs for working childcare professionals situated in those communities.
