The Steel Valley School District is a proud K-12 public education provider for the children and families of Homestead, Munhall and West Homestead. The District is part of Ed Leaders Pittsburgh, which is supported by Remake Learning and The Consortium for Public Education. Steel Valley promotes innovation in the classroom, as evidenced by the recent designation of the Middle School as an Apple Distinguished School. By utilizing training in human-centered design thinking from LUMA Institute, the District continues to build a culture of creativity.
