PublicSource provides public-service reporting and analysis, convenes communities of shared interests, and connects civically engaged citizens with local decision makers. PublicSource doesn’t cover weather but they cover climate, they don’t cover isolated shootings but focus on violence trends and root causes.
PublicSource provides in-depth education coverage in the Pittsburgh region. PublicSource also offers classes to schools and community on media literacy, how to get data to stay informed, what’s going on in your neighborhood, and how not to get bamboozled by fake news.
