Garfield Jubilee Association is a community and workforce development nonprofit based in the Garfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Garfield Jubilee’s work focuses on young people ages 16-24. Garfield Jubilee runs the YouthBuild program for at-risk youth, giving them a second chance at education and career training.
