Communitopia is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Pittsburgh, PA. Their main focus is to slow climate change and work to create a more resilient community by engaging in climate change education and empowerment. By targetting their programming to lift the voices of the individuals most impacted by climate change, youth in environmental justice communities, they raise awareness, increase the motivation to take action, and support students to be engaged in real solutions to the climate crisis.
