The California Academy of Learning Charter School seeks to reimagine the school experience by focusing on project-based learning in all disciplines. Students engage in multi-disciplinary art, STEAM, athletics, outdoor and textbook-free learning. The CAL Charter is passionate about bringing back the love of learning to children of all ages and allowing them to pursue their passions.
Our preferred learning model recognizes the contributions of all to teach learners in a flexible, adaptive, and culturally-responsive method. We will enable every learner and their family to flourish by centering the instruction on their individual needs and progress.
