Brooke Primary South (BPS) is a K-2 Primary School in Wellsburg, West Virginia. The BPS mission is to provide a high-quality educational environment that ensures success for every student through excellence in teaching and learning. The school houses four Kindergarten classrooms, four first grade classrooms, three second grade classrooms, three special education classrooms, a gymnasium, and a shared art and music classroom. The students of BPS come from a primarily low socio-economic status.

While the school is located in the center of town, the school lacks an image as a “community hub.” BPS looks to strengthen the community in which it exists, all while improving the lives and educational experiences of its learners.
