BEST Robotics is a national nonprofit that provides STEM education for workforce development through a free after-school program and competition for students in middle and high school. Working collaboratively with industry, institutions, and other nonprofits, the BEST Robotics educational curriculum and robotic design competition integrates learning with hands-on experience to build skills that are highly relevant and in demand.

Founded in 1993, BEST Robotics, Inc. (Boosting Engineering, Science, and Technology) is a national 501(c)(3), with a mission is to inspire students to pursue careers in engineering, science, technology, and mathematics. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, BEST Robotics engages nearly 20,000 middle and high school students annually who represent 47 hubs and 17 states. The BEST Robotics model and competitions are delivered locally by more than 4,500 mentors and volunteers including alumni who now celebrate successful careers in engineering, mathematics, education, technology, and other sciences.
