Arts Out Loud was created to be a resource for LGBTQ young people interested in the arts – mainly areas of film, theatre, dance, and music.
The organization has a mission focused on underserved and marginalized LGBTQ students in the Greater Pittsburgh area. They provide workshops with leading LGBTQ artists, opportunities to attend live performances and/or films, and offer a $1000 scholarship to students pursuing higher education.
The goal of Arts Out Loud is to support, empower, and educate young creators that identify as LGBTQ by providing resources and guidance to them.
