CLX is a nonprofit that connects and supports Chicago’s array of out-of-school (OST) time youth-focused organizations in order to prepare youth, youth workers, and our city for the future. The Director of Programs implements and oversees all aspects of CLX’s programs including but not limited to design, implementation, budgeting, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and evaluation/impact data measurement. The position also plays a key role in implementing CLX’s strategy and serves as part of the CLX’s Senior Leadership team.
