YouthPlaces (YP) is a network of afterschool programs for young people in underserved neighborhoods. The Program Director will lead the Programs Team with four direct reports to ensure the quality, efficacy and impact of after school programs across 8 sites. The Program Director plays a vital role in the development, management, and evaluation of YP programs, staff, and sites located throughout Allegheny County. The Program Director will be responsible for attracting and retaining program team talent and promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and strategic decision making across programs and sites.

Salary Range: $52-58K
