This conference aims to inform and educate professionals about innovative and evidence-informed intergenerational program models taking root in PA and beyond. It will highlight the benefits of intergenerational programs and practices for promoting health and wellness, supporting families, and enriching community quality of life. It also will provide information, training, and support for those interested in joining, replicating, and/or developing new intergenerational initiatives.

The Pennsylvania Intergenerational Conference will establish an infrastructure for supporting and engaging intergenerational work in PA. This includes laying down the foundations for the “Pennsylvania Intergenerational Network” (PIN).

Staff members, administrators, educators, advocates, volunteers, students, and others who are interested in learning more about intergenerational programs and practices in diverse settings are all welcome to join.
