This workshop is aimed at K-12 educators who are interested in exploring the changing landscape of attention and connection in the digital age. Through the use of activities rooted in theater, music, and mindfulness as well as discussion and group reflection, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust will look at educators’ relationship to technology, each other, and the young people they work with.
Participants do not need any artistic background to take part! They will come away from this workshop with a toolbox of activities, games, and resources that they can use in their classroom to begin conversations with students about this topic.
Breakfast is included and ACT 48 Credit is available.
